Umkumbe Bush Lodge is located 6h03 minute drive from Johannesburg, in the Southern part of the Sabi Sand in the new Sabie Game Reserve, part of the Greater Kruger National Park.
Umkumbe Bush Lodge, built around a large jackalberry tree, is the first tented camp in the Sabi Sands. There are 4 elevated Glamping safari style tents, including en-suite bathroom, private outside shower, aircon and private deck and a luxury suite tent, which includes a sitting area, as well as a bathtub and can be converted into a family room.
Facilities include secluded lounge areas, bar, coffee station, treehouse deck overlooking a drainage line leading to Seasonal Sand River, dining area, fireplace, loft, wildlife lookout points, open air dining, spacious boma, beautiful gardens and swimming pool.
Twice daily open vehicle game drives are available during your stay.
