Chundu Island is located on a river island, 21 km upstream from Victoria Falls on the Zambezi River in the heart of the Zambezi National Park. The lodge has 6 River View Suites, each with a private deck, day bed and seating area with views of the Zambezi River and 2 Family River View Suites with a second bedroom for children.
Facilities include a lounge, bar, interleading swimming pool deck, dining area, and firepit, all offering spectacular views of the river. The lodge also has an extensive wine cellar. Activities include paddling on the river in the company of a qualified river guide, cocktails on a sundowner cruise, walk through the Zambezi National Park, safari drives, tiger fishing and a walk through the Victoria Falls Rain forest. The lodge is run by solar power but charging points for small electronics are available in the Suites.
