Makalali River Lodge, 5-hour drive from Johannesburg, is in the Big 5, 26 000 ha Makalali
Private Game Reserve, west of the Kruger National Park,

Makalali River Lodge offers 3 camps, and each camp offer 6 thatched suites. Each suite has
a private sala (raised timber viewing deck), offering views over the Makhutswi River. The
suites include a bathtub with a view, fireplace, and covered patio.

Each camp offers indoor & outdoor dining area, boma fire pit, and plunge pool. The lodge is
perfect for groups and incentives, offering activities which include Gin Stop, Lazer shooting,
